Say I have a Nightfall monk. If I buy the Makeover pack, can I change the hairstyle of said monk to a hairstyle only available in Prophecies?

If you want to be sure, you can go to the makeover NPC in Temple of Balthazar and try out the look of the various hair styles. You only need a makeover credit to actually change it.
